Does He Make a Good Point?
Summary
A straphanger drops a relationship theory that actually stumps Kareem: "Men will get into relationships to have sex, and women will continue to have sex in relationships to have love." He compares lesbian relationships to authentic Chinese food and gay male relationships to P.F. Chang's. Both delicious, but one's the real deal. Kareem fires back with his own spicy observation about what straight couples could learn from queer relationships. The rider admits it's the first time he's been mind-blown on the show. That sesame chicken analogy really landed.

So what's your take? Love is for women, sex is for men? Spicy. If we're talking about restaurants, I think female love—like lesbian relationships—is like authentic Chinese food. And then male love is like P.F. Chang's. I think P.F. Chang's hits. I'll eat it. B.F. Chang's. B.F. Chang's is delicious. It's—have you had the sesame chicken?
Just like sex? Yes. But if we're talking chef specialties, men will get into relationships to have sex, and women will continue to have sex in relationships to have love.
Wow. I am actually, like, 100% in agreement. If women looked at gay male relationships, they would realize that they should let their partners have sex with other people. And then if men looked at lesbian relationships, they'd learn that they need to listen. Wow. This man knows what the—he's talking about. Holy sh—. This is the first time I've been mind-blown.
Oh really? On the show? Yeah. I've been stumped.
What do I do? Guess you got so close. That's crazy.
